Evaluate team challenges to establish clear project requirements, co-lead platform evaluation, implementation, socialization and adoption.

Help organization transition to a company-wide project management system.

- Project objectives, team, implementation plan and roadmap.
- Platform evaluation including meeting with various sales teams and establishing priority criteria.
- Co-manage implementation including legacy system migrations.
- Develop in-person orientations and a library of over 50 tutorial screencasts to assist in the transition.
